History and People
Omas DM was founded in 2021 and, although very young, is the result of the merger of the extensive know-how and expertise of OMAS SPA and Armando Capeccio, who took over Capeccio sas, established in 1980 by Nazzareno Capeccio.
The tradition of reliability and competence has expanded into an operational dimension driven by passion, cooperation, study, research, organization, and advanced technology.
The company workforce is deliberately composed of dynamic, curious, and flexible young talents, constantly updated on technology, reflecting the intrinsic values of the company itself. Today, Omas DM is able to offer both a high-level organizational structure and strict process control, while ensuring great flexibility and product repeatability.

Innovation and Technology
OMAS DM pays great attention to the production process and quality, and for this reason has developed over time a management system created internally and tailored to meet the company’s specific and unique needs. Through this system, the operator is guided throughout the entire production process. Each worker follows the order of specific jobs that are uploaded into the system daily. The operator is notified by the system both for regular production checks and for the replacement of tools associated with the job’s machining cycle. In fact, each machine is equipped with two alarm systems: one alert system for product quality checks, and the other for tool replacement, with tools available in a dedicated automatic dispenser.
The integrated management system allows constant monitoring of the machining cycle and has been designed with the goal of achieving a globally certified process and ensuring high quality in production, deadlines, and operator safety. OMAS DM is constantly seeking innovative and technological solutions aimed at improving the production process while fully respecting people, quality, and safety.
